Our services
Peer Rooted offers organizational consultation, peer development, supervision, leadership development, and workforce training. The details of a particular service, including its scope, schedule, price, and deliverables, will appear on its purchase page or in a separate written agreement. If a signed agreement differs from these website terms, the signed agreement governs that engagement.
Course registration and access
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your account credentials secure. Course access is for the registered learner unless an organizational agreement says otherwise. You may not share your login or give others access to course materials through your account.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Prices and payment terms are shown before purchase or stated in a written agreement. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout.
Supervision and credentials
Peer Rooted may offer supervision to peer support specialists in training and to organizations. The format, schedule, documentation, and fees for supervision will be stated before enrollment or in a written agreement. Participants are responsible for confirming the requirements of their own credentialing program or employer, including whether particular supervision hours qualify. Peer Rooted will describe the supervisor’s applicable qualifications when supervision is offered.
Educational purpose and professional judgment
Peer Rooted’s courses and resources support professional learning. They do not replace an employer’s policies, required training, professional supervision, or a participant’s responsibility to follow applicable requirements. Examples and scenarios are provided for learning and should be considered in the context of each person’s role and setting.
Respectful participation
Participants in live training, cohorts, and supervision are expected to treat others with respect and protect the privacy of people discussed in learning activities. Do not share identifying information about a person receiving services unless an approved, secure process expressly permits it. Peer Rooted may address conduct that disrupts learning or compromises another person’s privacy or safety.
Ownership of materials
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, Peer Rooted owns its original course content, worksheets, videos, website text, and training materials. Your purchase gives you permission to use the materials for your own learning or for the use specified in an organizational agreement. You may not sell, publish, record, distribute, or upload the materials elsewhere without written permission.
Website availability and outside links
We work to keep the website and courses available, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. The website may link to services operated by others. Their content and practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
Changes
